Vontiques is an Australian vintage jewellery business. All purchases made through this website are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the laws of Australia.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Vontiques website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout, processed securely through Shopify. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be confirmed.

4. Orders & Availability

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage jewellery, all pieces are subject to availability. In the rare event that an item is sold or unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

Vontiques offers complimentary express shipping Australia-wide on all pieces, fully insured and with signature on delivery. Orders are dispatched within three business days of purchase.

International shipping is available on request, quoted per piece and fully insured door to door. International buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to review all item details carefully before completing your order.

If an item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will work with you to reach a fair resolution.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Product Descriptions & Photography

We take great care to describe and photograph every piece accurately. However, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. If you have questions about a specific piece before purchasing, we welcome you to get in touch.

All pieces are authenticated prior to sale, including gemologist assessment and XRF testing where relevant. We work exclusively with natural diamonds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vontiques website, including product photography, copy, branding, and design, is the property of Vontiques and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Privacy
